Whether you want to design a stunning custom piece, give new life to a treasured heirloom, have a piece in need of repair, or have questions, our design team is ready to assist.
Appointments are available in our studio, located in SE Calgary, or virtually for your convenience. Walk-ins are available Tuesday-Friday from 10am-6pm, however we recommend booking an appointment for the most personalized experience.
In-person appointments
We are located in the coworking space Work Nicer Railyards, located at 1206 20 Ave SE. Free parking is available on the south side of the building.
For weekday appointments from 9AM - 5PM, the building will be open. Please text or call upon arrival and enjoy complimentary refreshments in the Work Nicer space. One of our team members will come greet you shortly and take you to our studio.
For after-hours and weekend appointments, the entrance will be locked. Please call or text upon arrival. One of our team members will greet you, offer complimentary refreshments, and take you to our studio.
Virtual appointments
Enjoy the convenience of a virtual meeting from wherever suits you best. A Google Meet link will be emailed approximately 10 minutes before your appointment.
What to expect
During your appointment, we will discuss your piece, advise on whether a custom design, restyling, or repair is best for your needs, and walk you through the Marlow Design Collections catalogue. We also have diamonds & gemstones for you to examine, beautifully lit in our studio space to showcase every detail, even virtually.
To receive the best experience, we recommend preparing the following:
- Images, ideas, and inspiration for your piece. Feel free to email these in advance to info@marlowdesign.ca.
- If you are looking to get a piece restyled, please bring it with you if possible. This will allow us to conduct a thorough examination and provide you with all options.
